Storage
Hosting and storage within the EU. No model training. A separate space per customer. AI processing via EU endpoints where possible, set out in the agreement.
Protection
TLS and AES-256. Personal accounts, all access is logged. Multi-factor for everyone. Incident notice without delay, where possible within 48 hours.
Your data
GDPR processing agreement. Export within 30 days and deletion within 60 when you leave. A DORA addendum for customers it applies to.
GDPR with operations in the EU. DORA as an addendum for those it applies to. ISO 27001 – certification work is underway.
