• Company name
• Role / job title
• Email address
• Portfolio market value (optional)
• Number of properties (optional)
• Responses to optional open questions about your challenge (optional)

3. Why do we process your data?

We process your personal data to:

• Handle and respond to your pilot request
• Contact you regarding nextopia's services

Legal basis: legitimate interest and performance of (pre-)contract.

4. How long do we retain your data?

Your data is stored for as long as necessary to handle your pilot request, but no longer than 24 months if no agreement is entered into. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Is your data shared with third parties?

We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be processed by our technical providers (e.g. email services) under confidentiality agreements.

We use Plausible Analytics and Vercel Analytics for anonymised visit statistics. Both tools are cookie-free and do not collect personal data or IP addresses. No data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
