Our visionA future where every building has an intelligence and a voice of its own.
We see a future where buildings understand their needs, discover improvements, communicate with the people around them and independently carry out tasks within clearly given mandates.
Every building becomes a digital colleague that actively contributes to its own development – with the human in control.
Our missionWe are building the intelligence layer for the AI-native property company.
nextopia brings out, structures and connects data that today is scattered across documents and separate systems.
By analysing data as a whole we can discover connections, identify improvements and turn insights into action.
Together with people's competence we change how property companies work with management, transactions and project development.
Our impactSmarter use of resources. A more efficient everyday. Increased societal benefit.
Buildings account for around 40 percent of energy use and 36 percent of energy-related greenhouse gas emissions in the EU. The construction sector also accounts for around half of all material extracted in the EU and more than 35 percent of all waste. The most sustainable choice is to get more out of what has already been built.
Our ambition is to extend the life of buildings, reduce energy and material use and thereby lower climate impact. The more nextopia is used, the greater the effect.
More value from what is already built – with less strain on society's resources.
